“ My wife and I called in on the off chance they could fit us in, fortunately they could. We were given menus and asked if we had any dietary needs. We were asked if we wanted a drink. We ordered our drinks and then ordered food. The food arrived after a short wait and it was all delicious. The service was gery good and attentive. From what we ordered the bill was good. In future when we go back to Filey we would book a table, because unfortunately a few people came in after us and the could not be fitted in. ”

“ We were stupid enough to turn up in Filey on a Bank Holiday weekend with no reservations, and when going out at 5:30pm we couldn’t get in anywhere until after 9pm. Luckily when we rocked up at Bella Italia the lovely lady staff member took our number and said they’d phone if they could get us in earlier than 9pm. So we had a mini Filey pub crawl, and they called us at 7:20 to say they’d had a cancellation. Great food, good atmosphere and fantastic staff. ”

“ Visited Saturday 6th April: Our server was Sophie and she was so friendly and attentive. She always made sure we were checked on, and the service was so quick. She is exactly what you would want as the face of a customer service role! Equally the male server in the blue shirt with the glasses was so friendly, and still checked on us even when he was clearly so busy. The gluten free options were vast and Sophie made sure to check my pudding was definitely gluten free. Unfortunately me and my partner witnessed some awful behaviour from one table in particular towards the staff, and the staff were nothing but courteous and professional. Would highly recommend! ”
